Ordering & Refund Policies

Some items are non-returnable due to the nature of customizing the product.

The following are considered non-returnable:

ˇ         Lettering

ˇ         Initialing

ˇ         Brands

ˇ         Custom Sizing (includes home décor items)

ˇ         Custom Silver

Products that are considered returnable, will be refunded once your returned item is shipped back, unopened (in sellable condition) and authorized by Ivy Custom Leather.

When ordering custom sized products such as window valances, bible covers, notebooks, etc. please accurately measure what size you need. Items are tailored to the measurements given and cannot be restocked and sold if they are ill fitting.

Due to time and materials that must be ordered for particular items, payment must be received via cash, check or credit card before your item can be fashioned. Cash payments will receive a receipt for your records. Visa and MasterCard are accepted for your convenience.
